- Previous experience in a similar role, with a caring and empathetic nature and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a valid driving licence preferred but not required.
