A renowned property consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Public Health Engineer to join their team as a key specialist.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding the Building Services team with new opportunities, working on projects across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, educational, residential, and healthcare.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development of Building Services within the company and leading technical development
  • Supporting the office Partner in managing the Building Services team
  • Managing existing clients and identifying new opportunities
  • Delivering projects to meet financial targets
  • Attending business development events to promote the company's services
  • Designing and overseeing public health engineering projects
  • Peer reviewing colleagues' work

To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience in Public Health Design from a consultancy or contractor background. Chartered status or working towards it is highly desirable.

You should possess strong knowledge of PH regulations and design principles, as well as current legislation.

This position offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £80,000, plus benefits such as a pension scheme, 25 days holiday (with buy/sell/carry over options), car allowance, and an excellent work-life balance.
