Care Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing effective supervision and leadership to a team of Support Workers, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our customers.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our customers.
- Ensure that all care and support activities are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects to improve the quality of care and support services.
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care, such as NVQ/SVQ level 3 or L4 NVQ/SVQ.
- Experience in supervising a team and leading care and support services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
- Experience in working within a care setting and knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
