About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing effective supervision and leadership to a team of Support Workers, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective supervision and leadership to a team of Support Workers
  • Ensure that our customers receive the highest quality care and support
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve positive outcomes for our customers
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our customers
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families
  • Experience of supervising a team
