Key Responsibilities- Provide effective supervision and leadership to a team of Support Workers
- Ensure that our customers receive the highest quality care and support
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve positive outcomes for our customers
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our customers
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience of working in a care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families
- Experience of supervising a team
