Youth Support Worker
Company Overview:Caramel Talent is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to provide exceptional care for young people aged 12-17, ensuring their safety, well-being, and overall development.
Salary:£25,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours)
Job Description:This role requires creating a nurturing environment where young people can thrive and reach their full potential. As a Child Care Worker, you will:
- Provide a safe and supportive environment in line with the company's mission and values.
- Care for neuro-diverse young people and those with mild to moderate learning difficulties or mental health needs.
- Promote good childcare practices and contribute to a relaxed and healthy atmosphere.
- Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) or a willingness to complete an accredited Apprenticeship.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards providing care and support.
- Commitment to the development and well-being of children.
