Business Operations Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to join our team at CSG. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our depot operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the depot operations, including responding to customer inquiries, maintaining filing systems, and processing sales and purchase invoices.
- Input data into CSG's in-house computer databases and other administrative computer systems.
- Order stationery and provide administrative support for ad-hoc tasks.
- Coordinate with all sections of the business to meet tasks and deadlines.
- Take ownership of customer orders and distribute to relevant sections of the business.
- Ensure compliance with the Group's Health and Safety policy and behaviors.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Computer literate, with experience of MS Office.
- Excellent team working skills and ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Formal qualifications to a minimum GCSE level.
- Competence and aptitude to work as part of a team.
