Job Summary:

CSG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the depot operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, maintaining filing systems, and processing sales and purchase invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the depot operations, including responding to customer enquiries and maintaining filing systems.
  • Process sales and purchase invoices, and input data into CSG's in-house computer databases.
  • Order stationery and provide administrative support for ad hoc tasks.
  • Coordinate with all sections of the business to meet tasks and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's Health and Safety policy and behaviours.

Person Specification:

  • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy, with experience of MS Office.
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Formal qualifications to a minimum GCSE level and competence to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and with external customers.
