Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our homeowners, ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement developments, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and organize events and activities for homeowners, ensuring their social and recreational needs are met.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
- Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring the lodge meets the highest standards of safety and security.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement living or social housing setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with homeowners, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative, and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
