About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Fountains Lodge Care Home in Tunbridge Wells. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the home, providing advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
- Provide advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone
- Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
- Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a Receptionist with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. You will have a friendly manner, both face-to-face and over the phone, and be approachable and organised. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and internal teams.
