Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
The successful candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including coordinating activities, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks.
You will be the trusted point of contact for residents, suppliers, and internal colleagues, providing a first-class service and ensuring the smooth running of the lodge. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our residents. You will have a friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be an accomplished administrator, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will also have a background in a similar sector, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services.
