We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Nursery Assistant to join our team at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to pre-school children in a stimulating environment that promotes equal opportunities and meets all legal, safety, and individual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a high standard of day care for pre-school children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Supporting the development of children's skills and abilities through engaging activities and play.
- Working closely with the nursery team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
- Undertaking an enhanced DBS check and maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Requirements:
- A fully qualified Nursery Assistant with qualifications such as NVQ level 2 in Childcare.
- Experience of working with pre-school children and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and education that meets the needs of all children.
