About the Role:

As a Care Assistant at City & County Healthcare Group, you will be part of a team that provides high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. Your role will involve supporting clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and practical tasks such as shopping and housework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
• Manage client medication and ensure accurate records are kept
• Support clients with practical tasks, such as shopping and housework
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
