Job Opportunity
A leading fintech company is seeking a seasoned Design Director to spearhead their design efforts as they continue to scale globally.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the design of all product areas and be responsible for the company's design output across user experience and visual design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive design strategy to drive business growth in new markets
- Building and leading a high-performing design team, including senior designers and design leads
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence and consistency across products
- Establishing and maintaining a strong design culture and maturity within the organization
- Identifying and hiring top design talent to support the company's growth ambitions
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing senior designers and design leads, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
