About the Role

Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Customer Experience and Operations. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all departments and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of customer service across all departments, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer-facing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure customer satisfaction and service delivery, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing management roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
