- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts to support customer experience initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of customer experience professionals to achieve business objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience leadership roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing customer experience strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of customer experience professionals.
