Job Summary: Support Services Professional

Job Description:
Sacro is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Support Services Professional. In this role, you will deliver intensive support packages to individuals in Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen, Ayrshire, Edinburgh, and the Lothians, working closely with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting individuals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to address client needs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Social Work or a related field.
  • PVG membership is essential for this role, with the cost covered by Sacro.

Estimated Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
