Learning and Skills Development Officer

FTE 1, 37 hours/week, 52 weeks/year.

Salary: £35,000 per annum.

Basingstoke College of Technology is seeking a Learning and Skills Development Officer to join our team. This role involves developing and expanding our distance learning programs, working closely with employers and stakeholders to identify new opportunities.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in business development, lead generation, and account management. A good knowledge of apprenticeships and the ability to achieve challenging targets are essential.

The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to develop strong relationships with clients. A confident and enthusiastic approach to delivering engaging presentations is also required.
