About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Operations Coordinator to join our Buying & Supply Chain team. This central team role will include a range of buying and supply chain duties, including stock management, product costing and availability, data and report analysis, and responsibility for café stock allocations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking stock levels with suppliers, ensuring product is always available for our cafés. They will also run cost and availability checks for our expanding coffee shop proposition and support with deliveries and requests for our site on campus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with data analysis.

As a Purchasing Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Buying Manager in making recommendations for the business and sharing information with the wider team. You will also be the first point of contact for café supply issues and ad hoc requests.
