Quality Assurance Engineer

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services meets customer requirements and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality excellence initiatives for production sectors
  • Manage supply chain quality and customer containment actions
  • Ensure process control plans are applied and consistent with FMEA
  • Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks
  • Lead process audits and FMEAs
  • Create and maintain quality control documentation
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead containment actions and root cause analysis
  • Be a member of the Short Interval Management team
  • Provide solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to process and control capability implementation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic)
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience with 8D problem-solving methodology and tool utilization
  • Six Sigma knowledge, experience, or certification highly desired
