Advanced Practitioner in Community Mental Health

We are seeking a Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) as part of our multidisciplinary team (MDT). The successful candidate will provide high-quality care, treatment, and support to adults with significant mental health needs within the Warrington community.
You will be responsible for working closely with carers and families, and liaising with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our service users. As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will provide NICE guidance interventions and contribute to our office duty on a rota basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, and will possess strong leadership qualities and an understanding of management styles. You will also have experience of the Care Planning process, the Recovery Model, and the Mental Health Act (1983).
About the JobThe salary for this role is £44,641 - £53,619 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. You will be based at Wakefield House, and may be required to travel to other locations as part of your duties.
