Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Lead to join our team at Ambient Support. As a Service Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our supported living services in Bourne, ensuring that everyone we support has the means to express their needs and wishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Operational Performance of our services to proactively identify, escalate and contribute to the management of potential risks.
- Manage staff costs in line with agreed budgets set by the Divisional Director.
- Stakeholder management across the group of identified services.
- Manage the finances of each person being supported.
Requirements:
- Possess Care Certificate, a Diploma in Health and Social Care or related qualification.
- Significant experience of supporting people with a learning disability or mental health issue.
- Awareness and understanding of diversity issues, including non-discriminatory practice.
