Key Stage 1 SEN Educational Specialist

Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our primary school as a Key Stage 1 SEN Teacher in Kirkby, Knowsley.
The Job Requirements- Deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils in Key Stage 1.
- Closely collaborate with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and external specialists to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all pupils feel valued and supported.
- Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure every child achieves their potential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
- A proven track record of working with children with a range of special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
- Passionate about inclusive education and committed to promoting equal opportunities for all learners.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus SEN allowance.
