Requirements:

  • Level 3 IAG qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in providing careers guidance and employability support to disadvantaged groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve their career aspirations.
