Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning Duties: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Cleaning Washrooms: Ensure that washrooms are clean, well-stocked, and hygienic at all times.
- Cleaning Floors: Use mops, vacuum cleaners, and floor cleaners to maintain clean and safe floors.
- Carry out Cleaning Tasks: Perform cleaning tasks as required by the contract specification and supervisor, with agreed timescales.
- Dusting and Tidying: Dust and tidy assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Punctuality and Attendance: Be punctual and attend for duty as requested.
- Chemical and Cleaning Product Handling: Handle and store chemical and cleaning products safely.
- Quality Standards: Achieve the highest standard of work, with a positive team spirit, and continuously develop and improve quality standards.
- Client and Manager Expectations: Meet managers, clients, and company expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Use your initiative to resolve problems where appropriate.
- Appearance and Conduct: Ensure that your appearance and conduct comply with the expectations of the company and wear appropriate clothing/PPE at all times.
- Communication: Communicate any unresolved cleaning issues.
