Lifeways Group is seeking a motivated and caring Care Support Worker to join our team. This role offers an exciting chance to develop your skills and knowledge in health and social care while making a meaningful contribution to the lives of our service users.

In this position, you will work in a residential setting, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations. A full UK driving license is essential, as you will be required to drive company cars. While previous experience in care is desirable, we provide excellent training and ongoing support for those new to the sector.
