About The Role

Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager - Build

A challenging and rewarding role as a Senior Project Manager is available within our Building Division in South East England. This position is ideal for an experienced and dynamic professional who can lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, with a focus on BTR, student accommodation, or education projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
