Join BMS Performance, a market-leading business providing software products to the insurance industry, and take on the exciting role of Customer Success Manager in Worcester.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to strengthen client relationships and provide excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Account Managers to ensure clients use our software as efficiently and optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our software products.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a customer success role in the software or insurance industry.
- Knowledge of software development and the full product lifecycle (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £49,500, plus company bonus.
- 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, plus critical illness cover and life assurance.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in the office in Worcester.
