  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent development, organizational change, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support business changes and ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify and address attrition risks and key positions within the organization.
  • Lead the HR Merger & Acquisition (M&A) process and provide HR consulting on due diligence and cultural migration.
  • Initiate and lead organization development initiatives and interventions compatible with corporate values and leadership behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, processes, and Employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, capable of building influential relationships with stakeholders.
  • Solutions-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and across multiple businesses.
  • Resilience and the ability to prioritize and effectively deliver HR change projects/improvements in a demanding environment.
