Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Teamworx. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the HR agenda and supporting our Retail team in development, training, and recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the HR agenda in close cooperation with the management team
  • Support our Retail team in development, training, and recruiting
  • Ensure all Development and Training programs are executed to the highest level
  • Train, develop, and retain retail employees and drive our people's performance
  • Partner with the countries management team for people and organizational issues
  • Drive key HR figures, including employee staff turnover, employee satisfaction, etc.
  • Champion the company's culture and ensure it continues to be an attractive place to work
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting talent development and management
  • Prior HRBP experience preferred
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented individual, and results-focused
  • Innovative, highly organized, strong team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Readiness for business trips
  • Full driving license
