About the Role:
- As a People Services Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team delivering core people services, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- You will drive excellent customer service across all channels, including the query system and calls, ensuring that queries are triaged, allocated and resolved promptly and professionally.
About You:
- We require a CIPD Level 3 qualification (minimum) for this role.
- You should have experience in a customer service-oriented environment, with a proven ability to lead a team.
- Additionally, you should have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all people data and communications.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous holiday allowance, death in service benefit, company pension scheme, and more.
