Cryer Baker Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Manager to lead the growth of commercial business for a panel of broker relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with all functions to support the delivery of business plans for broker customers.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our commercial business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales and relationship development in the Commercial & HNW market.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £58,000 per annum, plus benefits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the growth of commercial business for a panel of broker relationships
  • Developing joint business plans with broker partners and mobilising actions across the business to deliver those plans
  • Building and maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships
