Electrical Facilities Manager Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Facilities Manager to join our team at Graft Recruitment Ltd. This role is responsible for ensuring the electrical integrity and reliability of our clients' datacenter facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain electrical systems, including power distribution units, generators, UPS systems, and associated components.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and rectify electrical faults and anomalies promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Engineer with a strong focus on electrical systems in a datacenter environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, UPS systems, and backup generators.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulations relevant to datacenter operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an electrically biased perspective.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Electrical Engineering degree, Apprenticeship qualifications or equivalent)

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
