We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Private Rented Sector Licensing Team. As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for leading a team of compliance officers undertaking housing standards inspections under the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and associated enforcement action for non-compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of compliance officers in undertaking housing standards inspections and enforcement action
- Ensure compliance with the Housing Act and associated regulations
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize the use of resources and deliver value for money
- Work closely with other teams to ensure a best-in-class service
- Contribute to the development of efficient and effective lean systems
Requirements:
