**Job Title:** Senior Building Surveyor

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their Cambridge office. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who can take on a varied workload, including inspections, specifications preparation, contract administration, and dilapidations management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, be MRICS or MAPM qualified, and possess a strong commercial attitude with ambition to progress within the business.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Take on a varied workload, including inspections, preparing specifications, contract administration, and handling dilapidations, defect diagnosis, and party wall matters
  • Work closely with the Team Lead Associate, contributing to resource planning, finance management, and business development activities
  • Support the team in generating new business opportunities through business development efforts
  • Mentor junior colleagues, assisting them with APC progression towards professional qualification

**Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
  • MRICS or MAPM qualification
  • Strong commercial attitude and ambition to progress within the business
  • Enthusiasm for networking and promoting the practice to retain and win clients
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing a range of projects from inception to completion

**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
