Your primary objective will be to guide customers through the handover process, providing comprehensive explanations of vehicle features and answering any questions they may have. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging vehicle handover sessions for customers, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, functions, and technologies, addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Dress the vehicle to meet presentation standards, showcasing the vehicle's features and benefits.
  • Ensure all paperwork, including finance and service information, is clear and well-explained, providing customers with a comprehensive understanding of their vehicle.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business, gathering feedback to continuously improve the handover experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive technology is a plus, but not essential.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
