The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at the Holiday Inn Cambridge. As a Meetings & Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.
You will be the face of our hotel, upholding our brand reputation through delivering high standards of service. Your role will involve preparing the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring that our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Our hotel is committed to providing a memorable experience for all our guests, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for hospitality. Ideal Candidate
- You will be passionate about hospitality and have a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service.
- You will have an authentic and passionate approach to your work.
- Proven experience working in a busy hospitality environment is preferred.
- You will be able to enhance a positive culture within the team.
- Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong organisation skills.
Hotel
The Holiday Inn Cambridge is ideally located by a serene lake in Impington, offering guests a peaceful stay amidst rolling countryside while still being conveniently close to the heart of Cambridge. Our hotel features 100 luxurious bedrooms and a range of dining facilities, including the Junction Restaurant and Bar, and the lobby lounge.
Our hotel's Academy conference centre boasts 10 meeting rooms, making it an ideal location for corporate events, while the extensive health & fitness club ensures guests can maintain their fitness routine while staying with us. Our peaceful hotel is truly a home away from home.
