Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at a prominent hospitality venue in Yorkshire. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our restaurant and bar areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with the owner and deputy manager to organize and manage the Front of House team, ensuring efficient operation and service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Oversee food and drink orders, the restaurant and bar areas, ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks and responsibilities among team members to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  • Training and Development: Engage in on-site training programs to develop skills and knowledge in hospitality management, aiming to advance career opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing any concerns or issues, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
