As a Reservations, Groups & MICE Sales Executive at Himanchestercity, you will be responsible for managing groups and events sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner, following the correct procedures and working towards the hotel's selling strategy and commercial plan.

You will support further sales activity within the hotel as required, identify and collect sales leads enquiries, and cascade them as appropriate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing groups and events sales enquiries
  • Supporting further sales activity within the hotel

  • Growing and developing existing customers through regular contact and follow-up calls
