Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Sales Assistant to join our team at Linear.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Events Sales Manager in planning, organizing, and executing events.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Assist in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.

Participate in marketing activities to promote upcoming events.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or events is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus but not required.
