- Oversee and supervise a team of claims professionals, ensuring strict compliance with Service Level Agreements.">
- Approve claims settlements within designated financial authority, utilizing your expertise to make informed decisions.">
- Ensure team members are well-versed in service instructions and policy wordings, providing guidance and support as needed.">
- Liaise with clients to meet specific requirements, attending review meetings as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.">
- Provide comprehensive training and facilitate professional development of team members, helping them to excel in their roles.">
- Ensure timely completion of appraisal process, recognizing and rewarding team members for their hard work and dedication.">
- Promptly address and resolve complaints, demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence.">
- Support and encourage exceptional client service, meeting and exceeding client needs through effective communication and problem-solving skills.">
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, creating a positive work environment that inspires and motivates team members to perform at their highest potential.">
