Claims Support Specialist

**About the Role:**
This Claims Support Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced Adjusters and Surveyors in the field, ensuring the efficient handling of complex claims.
As a Claims Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for claimants and brokers/agents, often dealing with high-value and complex claims. You will be responsible for managing instructions and building strong client relationships based on trust, respect, and prompt resolution of assignments.
The role involves coordinating appointments and diary management, along with handling instructions for emergency work, such as directing contractors. In addition, you will provide support with admin tasks, letters, reports, and technical queries, and have the opportunity to participate in projects and oversee caseloads in the absence of Adjusters.
You will ensure that claims are managed efficiently, which includes arranging alternative accommodations for claimants when necessary. By proactively managing and challenging building scopes and variations, you will assist in reducing claim lifecycles and associated costs.
