The Role
Playle & Partners LLP is a leading construction consultancy in the public sector, competing against multinational firms in London and the South East. We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Building Surveyor to join our Building Surveying Team at our Sidcup Office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building condition surveys, measured surveys, defect analysis, and preparation of formal reports. They will also have experience in submitting building regulations and planning applications, reviewing staff performance, and working on their own initiative.

We are looking for a Senior surveyor to join our team during this exciting time, working with new clients on interesting projects. The ideal candidate will share our ethos of delivering sustainable construction projects and have good working knowledge of scheduling, specification writing, and contract administration.
We expect the successful candidate to have a strong understanding of the construction industry, with experience in building condition surveys, measured surveys, and defect analysis.
