  • Undertake site visits to assess condition and provide accurate pricing for tender enquiries.
  • Deliver monthly valuations and accounts, ensuring timely receipt of records for variations.
  • Ensure sub-contractor rates include necessary safety requirements.
  • Provide clients with detailed estimates for additional works.
  • Assist in finalising contract performance assessment sheets upon completion of works.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry.
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.
  • Full driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Package Details:
  • Competitive salary of £40,000, plus vehicle allowance.
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch).
  • 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure.
  • Birthday day off.
  • Company phone for business use.

DBS check will be conducted on behalf of the company. Eligibility to work in the UK required. Six-month probationary period. Aptitude test to be completed at interview stage.
