Enerpac Tool Group is a leading manufacturer of high-performance industrial tools and solutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Business Contribution:
To ensure the quality and traceability of all manufactured components in accordance with Enerpac's Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspection requirements in accordance with Enerpac's Product Quality Requirements.
• Record all traceability-related information as required by Enerpac's Management System.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality-related performance meets expectations.
• Manage quality documentation related to manufactured products as per customer requirements.
• Monitor calibration status and maintain associated records for inspection equipment.
• Participate in 6S activities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and excellence.
• Adhere to Enerpac's Procedures in relation to Quality Management and Environment Systems.
• Represent Enerpac in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Capabilities:
• Effective communication skills (written and oral).
• Proficiency in quality control equipment and processes, including CMM operation.
• Experience in a reactive production/engineering environment with a focus on priorities and deadlines.
• Computer literacy.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Academic experience in an engineering or manufacturing discipline, preferably City and Guilds level.
• Three years' experience in a similar role.
