About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse practitioner to join our team as an Elderly Care Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, providing high-quality care to our elderly patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist care to elderly patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals and community clinics.
  • Conduct thorough patient histories and assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Work autonomously to develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medication where necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in gerontology and frailty care, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
