Clinical Lead for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our CAMHS team as a clinical charge nurse. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for planning clinical care, employing your pre-existing clinical skills to provide a therapeutic and safe environment for our patients.
Your Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality clinical care to patients with complex mental health needs
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Assess risk on a formal and informal basis, using your expertise to develop strategies that balance safety with therapeutic interventions
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
