The FISER Group is a prominent UK Pension Consultancy that is expanding rapidly. Due to this growth, they require a highly skilled Defined Benefit Team Manager to oversee their Administration team.

This role offers an ideal chance for an accomplished professional to join the company during its rapid expansion phase. The ideal candidate will possess substantial knowledge of Defined Benefit Pensions and currently hold a management-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of pensions administrators in the provision of services
  • Hold frequent one-to-one meetings with team members to discuss their progress and performance
  • Offer project management assistance as needed
  • Conduct peer reviews of standard and complex work
  • Suggest training opportunities related to pension systems
  • Attend meetings with clients and relevant third parties when required
  • Foster and promote collaborative team working
  • Organize regular team meetings to address client matters
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders as necessary

The anticipated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, contingent upon experience. This presents a wonderful opportunity with potential for lasting career advancement; comprehensive training will be provided in all facets of the job.
