Role Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Specialist Public Health Nurses to join our 0-19 teams across Leeds, contributing to award-winning schemes that support children, young people, and their families to thrive.

Main Responsibilities
  • Play an active role in promoting health outcomes by identifying and prioritizing interventions based on need complexity.
  • Facilitate Preparation for Birth and Beyond groups, both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Develop digital platforms to enhance working methods with children, young people, and families.
  • Work within evidence-based pathways and interventions, such as young carers, young parents, infant mental health, economic wellbeing, drugs, and alcohol misuse.
  • Develop trauma-informed practice, safeguarding infants, children, and young people.
  • Engage with parents and young people in service design.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum.
