**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Head of Healthcare. This role is responsible for providing clinical governance and leadership to our Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs) across the Midlands region.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Adult Nursing, with a minimum of 4+ years of post-qualification experience and at least 2+ years of experience working within Sexual Offence Medicine. They will also possess further clinical forensic qualifications such as LFFLM or ASET.
This is a regional role that requires flexibility, with a local SARC base allocated and regular travel to other sites across the region. The successful candidate will be expected to work from home when not required on site.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing clinical governance and leadership to SARCs across the Midlands region
- Delivering training and supervising the practice of SOEs
- Completing competency assessments and case reviews
- Supporting service and policy development relating to national directives
- Deputising for the Regional Director in their absence
**Essential Skills:**
- Registered General/Adult Nursing qualification
- A minimum of 4+ years Adult Nursing post-qualification experience
- A minimum of 2+ years working within Sexual Offence Medicine
- Further Clinical Forensic Qualification such as LFFLM or ASET
